My client is currently looking for an experienced Tenancy Relations Officer who can tackle rouge landlords from the initial point of contact through to landlord enforcement. The successful applicant will have strong working knowledge of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and enforcement experience.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Tackle rouge landlord and protecting council tenants against the council's legislations

  • Must have experience carrying out enforcement action on rough landlords who do not meet councils laws and legislations

  • Understand complaints, investigate, negotiate and mediate between parties where possible to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and other relevant legislations

  • Experience directly chasing rent repayments to reduce evictions

  • CIVICA system knowledge desirable

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
