My client is looking for an Voids Officer at a senior level who is confident in directly leading a voids team to successfully lead a team to inspect void properties under the council's legislation. The manager understands the pressures of the role and is keen to support the team.


Duties Includes:



  • Carrying out inspections of void and tenanted properties-identifying maintenance needs and ensuring efficient supervision of trade operatives

  • Focus on reeducing the amount of Temporary Accommodation properties

  • Experience working at a supervisory level, preferably including Empty Properties.

  • Monitor quality of work through regular inspections and writing up inspection reports

  • Experience working directly as a senior voids officer within either a local authority or housing assosiation.


If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
