Response Worker

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Response Worker within Central Bedfordshire Council in the Urgent Homecare Falls Response Service to provide support to people living in their own homes who have experienced a fall.

Main Duties include;

• Working as a Response Worker with clients to support them with activities of daily living, supporting people in their own homes and will be responding to their personal needs
• Helping those who need support following a fall or sudden decline in health.
• Liaise with social workers or other professionals to ensure our residents receive the very best service.

To Be Successful;

Our client has requested that the successful candidate has previous experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the Social Care setting, you will also have an Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you). A driving licence and access to your own car is essential for the role, and all mileage can be claimed at a great rate per mile.
