Community Enablement Worker
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Community Enablement Worker within Central Bedfordshire Council. You will be joining a well-structured and dynamic team. you will work in partnership with people in their own homes to help them regain their independence in carrying out those essential day to day tasks that they may now struggle with. Your commitment will help them regain their confidence and independence following a plan tailored to their specific individual needs to help them relearn skills that have been identified as important to their quality of life. Our client offers a full-time contract as a Community Enablement Worker with a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio.

To Be Successful;
Our client has requested that the successful candidate has previous experience within the Social Care setting, you will also have an Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you). A driving licence and access to your own car is essential for the role, and all mileage can be claimed at a great rate per mile.
