Occupational Therapist

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a well-structured and dynamic team in Cheshire West and Chester Council, you will be working as a community Occupational Therapist in a busy multidisciplinary team. Our client offers a full-time contract with a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio.

Main Duties include;

• Working in locality team with Social Workers and Occupational Therapists


• Carrying out assessments with the focus on reablement


• Reducing double to single handed care


• Reablement, equipment and adaptations


• Carrying out moving and handling assessments

To Be Successful;

Our client has requested that the successful candidate has previous experience as an Occupational Therapist within the Social Care setting. The successful candidate will have experience of Manual Handling, Major Adaptations and knowledge of wheelchair design. The candidate must be HCPC Registered with a full OT Qualification.
