Qualified Social Worker - SGO and Connected Persons Team

Essex County Council are seeking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join a well-managed team in SGO and Connected Persons. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:

• Travelling throughout the county to complete assessments along with out of county reviews


• Completing special guardianship assessments


• SGO reports


• Undertake regulation 24 assessments


• Viability Assessments

To ideal candidate will have:

• Social Work England registration


• Eligibility to work in the UK


• Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
