My client is seeking an experienced Complaints Assistant who is confident in assisting the complaints team with direct enquiries. The succsessful applicant will have working knowledge of using CRM, DRS, V5, Adobe PDF, Excel and Word.

Duties Includes:

  • Responsible for supporting a customer complaints and statutory enquiry service; including Freedom of Information (FOI) and Data Protection requests (DPRs)

  • Understanding of Housing Complaints and signposting to the correct department

  • Reporting to the Asset Management Service Improvement Assistant and Service Improvement Officer.
