Housing Complaints Officer
My client is seeking an experienced Housing and homelessness Reviews Officer who can confidently analyse each housing complaint and provide high quality responses within a given period. The successful Officer will have recent experience answering complaints within a Local Authority or similar environment. Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and Housing Act 1996 is useful for this position.
