ASB Officer - Noise Specialist

Do you have experience working as an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer? I'm excited to be able to recruit for the London Borough of Haringey. They are looking for a ASB officer to successfully manage their own patch of estates to monitor and reduce ASB cases in relation to noise. The Officer will be responsible for keeping accurate, up to date records of all actions taken. The client understands the pressures of the position and is keen to support all team members in a comfortable working condition.

The team are looking for an experienced candidate that will hit the ground running bringing success amongst knowledgeable peers. The client is looking for an Officer that can take cases from investigation through to the write up and preparation in documents to be presented in court. A comfortable work environment makes this project very exciting.

Duties include:

• A proactive, as well as reactive, response to acts of Anti-Social Behaviour.


• Reviewing and deploying resources to ensure that incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour are effectively managed where needed.


• Working effectively with partners as well as managing an experienced team of staff to tackle ASB hot spots.


• Working as the link between the council and public in a all matters regarding ASB and community safety.


• Investigating, analysing, and responding to customer complaints and taking appropriate action to address any issues that may arise.
