Business Support Administrators - Temp - Hatfield

We are recruiting for Business Support Administrators for a large law enforcement agency that protect the public from crime and disorder. You will be working with The HR Query Team, this department manages queries that are submitted from across the IQuery portal. The post holder will support the Query Team Advisors by taking on some of the non-technical HR queries. Many of those will require administrative corrections to be made to ITrent.

Main Responsibilities;

• Manage a wide range of queries, which could include researching information, interrogating HR systems and signposting customers to information and user guides that are on IQuery.


• The post holder will have an active role in promoting IQuery, coaching customers to self-serve and make use of the resources available.


• They will also identify when we are receiving a high volume queries on the same subjects, and flag to the Query Team Manager if new or improved IQuery content is needed in order to reduce those


• Overall there will be a focus to provide an exceptional service to HR customers and deal with as many queries at first point of contact as possible
  

To Be Successful

To be successful you will have a good understanding of ITrent/IManage as this will be necessary, many of the queries will relate to changes that need to be made on the HR systems. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, be able to liaise with internal and external departments in a professional manner.
