Interim Transformation Manager

Have you previously worked as a transformation manager? I'm excited to be able to recruit for a local authority in London who are looking for someone to provide effective change management leadership and support service transformation. The experienced candidate will also bring in and embed the new staffing structures within Property Services and Senior teams.

Main Duties:

• To lead on the development and implementation of the Property Services restructure


• To ensure that that staff effected by these changes are communicated with effectively and that changes are brought in with the minimum amount of disruption to services.


• Work with residents and senior managers to ensure that processes for delivery are effectively implemented- especially that staff accountability, ownership and effectiveness is transparent.


• To ensure that the relevant job descriptions are written and structured so that ownership and accountability across as the division are clear.


• Review where service functions in the organisation fit with a view to delivering a wider management change in structure.
