Occupational Therapy Project Manager

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Project Manager to join a well-structured and dynamic team in Croydon. The client offers a full-time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 2 months with potential for extension.

Main Duties for the Occupational Therapy Project Manager includes.

• Work with stakeholders, suppliers and technical staff to develop detailed project plans including resource requirements.


• Manage end-to-end delivery of the project using a range of tools and techniques.


• Lead analysis of project data, including review of current waitlist information and support to Occupational Therapists to stratify risk and identify opportunities.


• Effectively and accurately monitor project budget, escalating any issues identified.


• Contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of project success


• Manage and quality assure project progress reports to senior management, project and strategy boards as appropriate, ensuring risks to projects' success are identified in advance and mitigated as appropriate.


• Undertake all project administration including chairing and note taking of meetings to ensure projects are appropriately documented.


• Contribute to the development of communication and stakeholder engagement plans.


• Assist project sponsors to identify alternative solutions where initial ideas are unworkable.


• Evaluate findings to measure outcomes, achieve better quality delivery and ensure lessons are learned for future projects or policy development.

To Be Successful;

• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist


• HCPC Registration


• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)


• Eligibility to work in the UK


• Occupational Therapist Qualification


• Prince 2 qualification or project management qualification
