Voids and Lettings Manager

Do you have experience as a voids and lettings manager? My client is looking for a strong candidate to provide inspiring leadership of the Councils voids and lettings service. Ensuring development of innovative solutions to let homes quickly and reduce voids loss.

Responsible for all aspects of the service, including driving the delivery of outstanding performance, developing, and coaching teams to develop and maximise their potential to deliver cutting edge service delivery for customers.

Duties Includes:

• To deliver a flexible service letting a variety of tenures with customer focus and engagement an integral aspect of strategic decision making.


• To continually identify future service challenges and opportunities and develop appropriate strategic approaches.


• Manage and lead staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery, including developing and improving staff capability.


• Manage a customer focused service and the effective use of resources.


• Ensure that the council's overall vision, values and ethos are central to the requirements of the service.
